Took a scheduled deload day and didn't do much. A little chain drag cardio and that was about it.
Monday was a deload day, but decided to do some 4 board close grip work. 315 X 5, 405 X 5, 495 X 2 sets of 4 and 1 set of 5.
Lat pulldowns: 4 sets med/heavy X 8 reps
The open Buffet at Chauncey and Leah's wedding triggered a feeding frinzy and now I am up to 305ish......after 300 it comes on easy.
