Box Squat with buff bar: worked up to 415 and blue band over the plates for 3 sets of 3 all off a high box, then dropped a pad with 325 for 5 reps.
Speed Deads: 315 X 2 X 3 sets conv & 315 X 2 X 3 sets sumo with about 30-45 sec between sets.
45 degree back raise with blue band around back: 3 sets of 12 Killer on the low back, glutes and hamstrings.
Handing banded leg raise: 3 sets of 6, mixed in some banded knee raise X 2 sets of 10
Sled Drag with 2 plates for 3 laps and one lap walking.
