Put my 56 Phenom on for some 4 board work:
635 X 5 off 4 board
675 X 5 off 4 board
765 X 3 off 4 board
Spud, Inc. 2" Fat rope Pushdowns: 3 rounds of 12-15 medium weight
External Rotators work: 4 rounds of 10 each arm
