Raw Sumo Pulls after:
405 X 5
495 X 2 sets of 3.
Rear Delt Bent over raise: 4 sets of 10 with 30 lbs
Reverse Hypers: 1 set of 15 with 600 #
Not a ton of work done, but at least I know where I am at on the pull now.
