Bench with chains: worked up to 315 in barweight and added chains for doubles up to 6 chains per side off a 3 board, then a two board. Nothing special but a little work.
KB double Snatch: worked up to the 72's for 4 sets of 5. Tried the 88's on my last set but one rep and two ugly misses was all i could manage.
One arm Hammer press: 4-5 sets of 8 with 2 plates.
My dads surgery went well and he is on the way to recovery thankfully.
