Reverse band Squats (orange doubled up): worked up to 765 X 1 in loose titan briefs, 765 X 1 in titans and loose ace briefs, 815 X 1, 865 X 1, 865 X 2 (first was really high, but second felt good).
Monday: Deload Bench
incline DB Bench: 8 sets of 10 with 85's
Side raise: 35 X 10, 60 X 10, 40 X 12, 45 X 12
KB one arm overhead press: 1 set of 20 repswith 16 kilo per arm
One arm triceps pushdown with orange band: 4 sets of 15-20
Biceps curls: 30 X 8, 35 X 8
Biceps curl machine: 1 drop set. Not heavy, but enough to make my biceps cramp
Hammer incline press: 3 sets of 10-12 with 2 plates
Not a lot going on tonight....
