Squatted with the straight bar in briefs: worked up to 5 sets of 2 with 595. Nothing too hard, but a little work.
Bench deload: reverse bands with fat bar: 365 X 4 sets of 8.
Triceps band pushdowns with machine curls: 4 rounds X 15 reps each.
About an hour of stretching and rehab stuff on the shoulders, pecs and forearms.
