Bench: worked up to 2 sets of 3 with 365 off 2 foam pads, then 2 sets of 3 with 405 off 2 boards
KB Double snatch: 5 sets of 5 with 32 KG KB's
KB one arm snatch 2 sets of 5 with 40 Kilo, then 1 set of 15 each arm with 88 (ran out of time so I had to get three sets in one). Probably a new record for snatches with the 88...for me at least.
This was a fairly unproductive workout. Oh well, such as life sometimes. Too much stuff going on to even really care about a bad workout right now.....not sure if that is a good thing or not.
