So I have been busy with gym stuff, and wedding stuff and I havn't really done anything worth posting so.....it has been two weeks since I posted anything.
Squats with orange reverse bands: worked up to 685 for 2 or 3 sets of 2, then a set of 5. went to 735 for a set of 5, then finished up with 775 for something ugly bordering a quarter squat/goodmorning.
That was it for training as the strongman had started and we were slow to get training in the first place.
Well the weight "loss" is done for now. I am planning to keep my weight around 255-265 for right now. Yea I know its a big window, but I can fluctuate 8-10 lbs in a day or two so it gives me a little room for a cheat meal or day.....haha.
