545 X 1 off 3 board
635 X 1 off 2 board
635 X 2 off 1 board
665 X 1 off 1 board (supposed to be a double, but one was hard enough 2 wasn't happening)
665 X miss left elbow flared and started drifting into the rack.
Lat pulldowns: 3 or 4 sets heavy 6-8 reps
close grip floor press with e-z bar 3 plates X 3 sets of 4. I use to do these a lot, and I think I am going to go back to doing these. My triceps need more work. I finally heard back on my shirt I ordered and I should be getting it within the week. Looking forward to getting my hands on it, but I won't get to have fun in it until next cycle.
