Wednesday I did 2 laps with 2 plates on the sled. I am doing a minimum of 20 minutes of some sort of cardio twice a week to keep recovery rate faster.
Cambered bar squat with chains. We worked up to a bar weight of 585 and then added chains.

11 chains X 2 Wraps (~925 up top) I would like to take it up to around 1,000 up top next time we do these, But that is about 3 weeks away.
